Is it really unlimited?

You bet it is! The only catch is we’ll only work on one request at a time. You can send us as many design requests as you like, we will process them one by one in a queue for you as fast as humanly possible. If you are not happy with any of the design concepts, you can then request as many changes to that concept as you like. You will never be charged more than the monthly fee and there are no other fees that you’ll need to pay to access our design service

Once a design request is complete, we’ll get started on your next request right away.

Can my whole team use your services?

Absolutely! We only ask that all design requests come from the email address that your account is associated with. We’ve found that this reduces confusion and helps us serve you best.

Who owns the work that is designed?

You own everything that is designed by us. Much like the relationship you have with a design agency or a freelancer, as you have paid for the work, you have 100% ownership to do what you like with the job.

We will just have right to display the final design on our website

So, do you guys do web design?

Yes we do, it will take longer than the normal 1-2 business day turn around, but we can most certainly help design or re-design your website. Depending on complexity and number of pages, we normally time quote websites at the 15-30 day mar

How about revisions, how long will this take?

Every revision will take at least 1 business day, and if it’s a more complex change may take longer. As with the initial design request, we will provide you with a “time quote” on the change.

How long will it take to complete my design?

We strive to complete your design requests within 24 hours but it can vary depending on your design and how many requests are ahead of yours in your designer’s queue.

What if I send you 100 different requests in one go?

We work by a queuing service, meaning that we’ll process each request individually and will not progress to the next request until the current one is 100% completed. We do make exceptions when clients are in a hurry to deliver something, but the rule of thumb is that we will process a single request for clients at any given time

What if I need something done immediately?

Haven’t we all been there, where something was needed yesterday. However, to ensure quality of work, we require at least 1 business day to complete a task. You can put in a request to have the design completed urgently which we will try our best to adhere to but if your requirement is an immediate turn around (e.g less than 8 hours), it may be best to reach out to a local freelancer to see whether they can provide something quicker. For which certain amount would be charged as per the design brief.

Can you adhere to brand & style guides?

Yes we can. As long as the brand / style guide is provided along with any specific requirements on colours, fonts and sizing, we’ll be able to produce design work within your guidelines.

What is a “time quote”?

A “time quote” is essentially us quoting the time needed to complete a task. There are not additional costs associated with our services, but we do require time to complete quality work.

How do I submit a design request?

It’s super easy…submit the request as per the package / plan that suits you , We will connect over a online video/audio call for understanding your requirements and move request further.OR  just send an email to presymecstudio@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you.

Are there restrictions to the types of design work that you do?

As long as it is a request for a static graphic design, we’ll be able to complete the job. This means that we don’t do video editing, animations, CAD, 3d work, magazine design, programming and coding. If in doubt, feel free to ask us before signing up.

I am an agency, can I resell the work completed?

Yes as you own all rights to the work, you can resell it as you see fit. If anything, this would be perfect to pick up the smaller pieces of work to free up bigger projects for your team.

Ok I’m in, but how quickly can I get my design work from you?

This depends on the design request sent to us. Before we start a job, we will be able to provide a “time quote” which will tell you how long the task will take. A relatively simple design request can be delivered within 1 – 2 business days, whereas smaller tasks (such as font changes or change colors to a dark shade) can generally be turned around in the same business day.  Do keep in mind that the “time quote” reflects the complexity of the task, so for original logo design, or a 5 page website, it will take significantly more time than design a static Facebook banner

No, we retreat back to our caves to meditate, in preparation for more brilliant design ideas to bring to the table.
